Mindfulness
The staff here at Mayfield had the opportunity to attend a seminar on Mindfulness last Friday.
During the Teachers Only Day on Friday, we were lucky enough to listen to a Kiwi advocate for mindfulness and mental/well being.
Since then Te Puketai Rua have been taking part in mindful exercises daily to strengthen their mental and spiritual minds.
This is something that, with time, will become extremely beneficial for our tamariki here at Mayfield!
