The Medbury Community turned out in force on The Medbury Green for the 2023 Athletics, which were held over two days due to weather constraints.
The days were a success, with the boys participating in various athletic events, including high jump, long jump, discus, shot put and races. The Twilight Market, food trucks and bake sale organised by the Medbury Parents' Association added to the atmosphere on Friday and were very well supported.
Thank you to our Medbury teachers who worked hard behind the scenes to make this day possible, with a special thanks to Director of Sport, Mr. Gilbert and Years 1 to 6 Physical Education teacher, Mr. Ogston, for their top-notch organisation.
All of the results (many of them record-breaking!) will be published in 'The Medburian' 2023 Yearbook, including the individual and House placings, the Tug of War results, the Mothers' race, the Fathers' race and the Old Boys' races.
Well done boys, for giving it your all!
