As part of our introduction of our big question - "How do people express their culture through the arts? " Senaya came to Room 20 and showed The Putahi Toru children  her amazing costume. She told us that she has been learning different Sri Lankan dances for over 5 years and that she rehearses every week. The children were fascinated with her very ornate costume. Her dance group  dance every year in the City Council Cultural concert at  Ray Blank park.
