Once our students have mastered the Essential Spelling Lists, we move onto Investigative Word Study.

The students are now looking at rules around spelling of words. They are given an activity where that are required to investigate what the rules are and apply that knowledge to given words. Many of them are now creating a poster that explains what some of the rules are that they have learnt.
