World Vision 40 Hour Famine Leaders Day

Tania Gallagher —

On Thursday the 13th of May, Nikkie, Riki, Christopher and Stella from the Rangatiratanga Values Team attended the World Vision Leadership Day.

As you may already know Merrin School participates in the 40 Hour Famine each year. We have been recognised as a school for raising large amounts of money each year so were invited to attend a leadership day held at the Revolution Church.

The World Vision Youth Ambassadors did an amazing job of constructing and delivering a very thought-provoking and inspiring day.

Our job now is to promote and drive the 40 Hour Famine at Merrin School. We hope we are able to share our passion, raise awareness for this invaluable organisation get as many people on board!

What you need to know:
This year's famine is held from 25-27 June 2021
