                                               Mahuta News Week 10

It was nice to finally see the sun shining today, as we come to the end of Week 10.  The students have had a very busy term and we know they are nearly ready for their well deserved break. Only one short week left!

Congratulations Gaby Smith!: On Thursday, Gaby represented our school at the Canterbury Primary School swimming meet. Gaby placed 1st in the AWD Backstroke event and 2nd in the AWD Freestyle event.  Gaby has demonstrated great rangitiratanga in swimming this term and we are all so proud of your fantastic achievements.

Authors diary: A reminder that students need to be writing their sentence in their authors diary each night and making sure they bring it back to school each day. Students have already started sharing some of their awesome sentences with each other.
