The Merrin PTA hereby gives notice of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Monday 13th March at 7pm in Kanapa/School Staff room.

The Agenda is attached along with the Minutes of the 2022 AGM. We also call for nominations for the PTA Officer Positions of Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. Nominations can be submitted via the attached nomination form.

The nomination form can be handed into the office or emailed to pta@merrin.school.nz

Nomination forms must state your name, the name of the nominee and what position you are nominating them for. You can appoint a person for more than one position; however, please do this by submitting one form per person per position.

Voting for these positions will take place at the AGM, and only PTA members may vote. You are welcome to join the PTA at the AGM to vote.
