The BAT Cave needs you!  

Merrin School has entered into an exciting reading challenge inspired by the wonderful author James Patterson.  With this promotion he aims to increase reading and the love of books.

We have received 7 new James Patterson books and a reading chart.  The kids need to read the books, sign the chart and rate the book.  It is a reading relay, a race until the 31st July when the challenge ends.

We need to get as many signatures on the chart and we go into the draw to win a bin FULL of James Patterson books for the library.

If you own any James Patterson books these count and your kids can add their names to the chart.  

His books are funny and are a joy to read.  There are lots of illustrations that make them great for kids who liked books like Diary of a Wimpy Kid or Tom Gates. They are suited to Years 4-8.
