Just a few notices for the holidays.

Speeches

The students that will be presenting speeches next term have the holidays to make sure it is finished. Those students have taken their writing books home for the holidays. They need to publish their speech on a Google Doc, their blog or onto cue cards ready for the first week of Term 3. The students have had many weeks building up to and writing their speeches so are more than capable of completing them over the break.

Stationary

Some students are running low on some of their stationary. We have noticed that many are low on pencils, red pens, glue sticks and whiteboards pens. Please ask them what they need so they are ready for next term. 

Devices

We are discussing our next steps in the holidays regarding personal devices. We will send out an email to inform you of the plan for Term 3 once the decision has been made.

A.L.L Programme 

In Term 3, the students in Year 4-8 take part in the A.L.L Programme. This is where we do our Reading and Writing through Science. It is a very exciting programme where the students enjoy taking part in science experiments and writing up the scientific process.
