Reflection: I arrived at Merrin in 2014, everyone was really kind and helpful when I was just starting out. The teachers and the students made me feel welcome at Merrin.
Over the years I have improved a lot on my maths, reading and writing thanks to the supportive teachers helping me on the way. I used to get 5a in my maths e-asttle, but with the help from Mr. Barr, I jumped up to 6b.
I have achieved a lot at Merrin, being the Head Boy, competing in the Cantamath competion for 2 years in a row, going to North West Zones for athletics, going to North West Zones for basketball and many more.
I have had a lot of memorable times here, Skiing, Camping and Surfing are just some of them. I have also enjoyed the outside activities I did at Merrin, like Cantamath. I am really looking forward to Star Week later this year, which I am sure will be very fun.
Overall my time here at Merrin has been fun, I have really improved on my Writing, Reading, Maths and I have become more confident in class thanks to the amazing teachers over the years. I have made really good friends and I am sad to say goodbye to some of them. I have really enjoyed my time here at Merrin.
