2019 Junior Speech Competition

Our Team 3 - 4 participants Rory Willcocks, Wonie Park, Brooklyn Dempsey, Livia Rohland and Nina Garcia have all shown wonderful determination, a freshness in their chosen topics and an excellent awareness of audience. 

We have all learnt a staggering amount about Paleozoic Sea creatures from Rory, apparently the Paleozoic seas were dominated by curious things called crinoid and blastoid echinoderms, articulate brachiopods, and rugose corals.

Livia shared her exciting future plans, it turns out that she will begin her Commercial Pilots licence in exactly nine years.  Nina on the other hand didn't giving anything away about her chosen topic, her only hint was  something to do with waterfalls, big eyes and silk...

Wonie shared his passion for Soccer and we were most surprised to learn what soccer balls used to be made out of and last but not least,  Brooklyn took her mother to task for making her eat fruit and vegetables.
