We farewelled the Jeong family last week.

Friday, 5 December, we farewelled Lauren, YuCheol and Lucy Jeong. This was the third and the longest time, one full school year, that they have been students at our school. All three have returned to primary school. In March Lauren will be starting middle school. Who knows, perhaps we will see Yu Cheol and Lucy back here again sometime?

Lauren, YuCheol and Lucy invited two friends each to join us at our farewell pizza party. Pizza, chips, and ice-cream bars filled everyone’s tummies while we laughed and shared stories. After that each one opened a present that might help remind them of their stay in New Zealand.

Three of our ESOL groups each have a hole in them, just the size of one student. All the best to you, we miss you all very much.
