During our recent Science Week, we looked at how we can use UV Beads.

Room 6 has been busy making loom bands incorporating UV beads. When we shared these with our Buddy Class, Room 14, the children were able to see how the sun's UV is very evident, even though we can't actually see the UV. The beads glow when they come in contact with the UV rays.
