How people will remember me: People will remember me as the first Head Girl.
My favourite memories from Merrin:
One of my most memorable moments at Merrin was when a group of us in Year 5 and 6 made a hut, we had a whole system of cleaning the hut, repairing it and just general hanging out. Our group was about 15-20 of us and we looked after the area and even swept it with fallen branches. We also kept it clean of rubbish.
Another memory of Merrin was at the Blue Skies Camp. We were told we could bring lollies if they weren't seen by the teachers even though the teachers told us we could bring them. I was in a room with Abigail, Laura, Angie, Sarah and Sami L. Abigail brought a 1 kg bag of lollies. When we started to go to sleep she got them out and pelted us with them. We didn't end up going to sleep for a while and we had to clean up all the lollies that had fallen on the floor.
An interesting memory of Merrin was the production in Year 4 when we had a production where it was based around a crazy scientist (Thomas) who could time travel and he took five kids along, Joel. P, Lucy. K, Meg. K, Jackie and me. I was Elizabeth the nerdy girl. I walked around with my head in a book and occasionally talked about the history and stuff about Gondwanaland through the different epochs we ‘traveled’ to in the time machine.
When I grow up I think I will be: A vet
