Last week me, Dennis, Mrs G, Justin, Ting Kai and Ms Della Bosca went to visit Living Springs camp.

We drove through Christchurch and over the mountain. We had to stop often for road works.  The view was amazing from the top of the mountain!  Then we saw an island, it was called Quail Island like the bird!  We went further up another hill and a long driveway and stopped at the camp.  We looked around the place.  There was a lot of stuff to do.  We all had a turn going down the huge slide and looked in the windows of where the swimming pool was.  The beds looked nice and felt very comfortable.  My favourite part was looking at the roller coaster which was actually called a 'Mono-rail' it was up on the hill coming down.  I think it will go really fast!  There were some children climbing really far up a tree with harnesses on so it was safe.  I am really looking forward to going to camp next week and especially the Mono-rail.
