Congratulations to the following Burnside High School Students (ex Merrin) who have recently competed in dance and rowing competitions.

The Dance NZ Made National Championships were held in Palmerston North last weekend. Two past Merrin Students did incredibly well.

Duo/Trio Year 11-13 1st: Natalie Wu and Annelise Tan

Overall Duo/Trio Champions (highest scoring)

National Champion: Natalie Wu and Annelise Tan
Year 12 Solo 2nd Runner up: Annelise Tan
Year 11-13 Team (Annelise and Natalie were part of these teams.)
1st: 'Not Forget' Burnside High School Overall National Champions (highest scoring team)

Also another ex-Merrin student (Katy Mitchell) won a gold at Maadi Cup (NZSS Rowing) in the U15 Girls Coxed Quad Sculls.
