I am Ai Li and I currently have two children attending Merrin School.

Originally from Malaysia, I grew up in Christchurch completing my primary, secondary and tertiary education in Canterbury. I began my career in Christchurch as a lawyer and then embarked on an overseas stint working in Singapore before returning to Christchurch to complete my MBA. I then worked in various commercial roles within the dairy sector in New Zealand, Shanghai and Dubai before taking a break to start a family. I have recently returned to legal practice. 

I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Merrin School Board and look forward to supporting the teachers and staff who are critical to the success of Merrin School.
