There are several courses, programmes and supports out there, but it can be hard to navigate all the information. Read on to find out about a few websites and programmes we think are helpful for families.

Fear-Less Triple P Online

Wellbeing Information

Sparklers at Home provides resources, tips and tricks for a range of different topics. Information ranges from talking to children about covid19 and why we might be isolating again, five ways to wellbeing, and identifying worries linked with some great strategies for in the home.

Mana Ake

Mana Ake is a support service at school, but their website also has up-to-date and quality information on wellbeing and parenting skills.

Community Wise Up Programme

Community Wise Up Programme is an 8-session course for children 8-10yrs old (two optional info sessions for parents included). It focuses on developing identity, identifying emotions, practising strategies for challenging emotions and focusing on picking positives out of challenging situations. These are run after school during the term in various community spaces.
