The Need is Overwhelming in Gaza

Five months of fighting and extreme shortages of supplies are causing immense suffering in Gaza. UN Women reported that as long as the war continues an average of 64 women will be killed each day. Children are now dying from hunger. DSPR Gaza is doing all it can to provide medical and psychosocial care to some of the 1.7 million people in the south. Without a ceasefire or permanent halt in hostilities, agencies cannot deliver enough aid to keep people alive.

“The destruction of our premises, the limitations of our resources, the poor connection and fragmentation have never prevented DSPR Gaza from keeping a light in the middle of darkness and trying to help people live with dignity,” says DSPR Gaza.
