When baby Kawthar was not doing well, her mother Ruqaya took her to a Well Baby Clinic in Jordan. The doctor found she had chronic anaemia – like too many other young refugees. Ruqaya went home with special milk for daughter and will take Kawthar in for regular appointments. Thanks to a gift of Baby and Mother Health – contributing to the programme run by the Department of Service to Palestinian Refugees in Jordan, she has a chance to grow.
