The Property Strategy

The Property Strategy Discussion Starter was presented at Conference 2022 for the Thematic Plenary. Following the plenary, Conference made the decision:
“Conference asks Methodist Church Property Committee to establish a skilled National Committee to develop a property strategy for the Methodist Church of New Zealand. This Committee to include members of both Partners.”
The Property Strategy Group has been working on the strategy for the 2023 Conference. The group will be sending out the property strategy document to Synods, Rohe, Alliance and Hui Poari on 14 July. We ask that Synods, Rohe, Alliance and Hui Poari discuss the paper and send their comments to the Connexional Office by 11 August. Synods, please include the paper in your Synod July meeting Agenda.
