This is a recently published book, beautifully illustrated, with a collection of stories which tell the story of the Matariki Cluster. Matariki has many different names around the world. I always knew it as Pleiades or the Seven Sisters.

The first section of the book tells the Maori story and the second part tells stories from the South Pacific and other parts of the world. At the back of the book there is a glossary and a useful index.

This is an interesting and informative book and would make an excellent addition to any library.
