The Year 10 Food and Nutrition class have made traditional Christmas Cakes. They baked the light fruit cakes and covered the cakes in home made Marzipan. They then covered the cakes in Fondant and decorated the cakes with fondant decorations they had also made. The cakes took 2 weeks to finish which shows how involved the processes were. The cakes have been gifted to Parents, Grandparents, Aunties and friends, as chosen by the pupils.
