Neriah, Payton, Jennifer

Neriah Hayton (Year 2) does ballet, jazz, tap, musical theatre and hip hop. This year Neriah sat The American Jazz Dance Affiliation Level One Jazz exam. Not only did she score a Distinction but she achieved the highest score in New Zealand for that exam for 2022.

Payton Hutchinson (Year 7) competed in her first Cheerleading Nationals on 6th November (after being in the sport for only around two months).

Her team ‘FireKatz’ came 2nd. It was been a big weekend for Payton as she was also nominated for Best Competitive Performance by her gymnastics club – Affinity Gymnastics in Rolleston. Way to go Payton.

Jennifer Trieu (Year 12) was recently named in the 2023 Rhythmic Gymnastics National Squad. The national squads are for athletes competing in senior international. Athletes are selected into the 2023 squad using performance criteria achieved at key events during 2022. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement Jennifer.
