Twenty Year 9/10 girls signed up to be apart of the Skate School and HIIT Squad (High Intensity Interval training) free activities that were offered to them this term. The aim of these activities was to promote physical activity in young girls and giving them a go at trying something different!

They have had lots of fun being active in a space they feel comfortable enough to try new things with their friends.
