This year because of all the changes we have had, Year 8 market week was held in Term 4.

Market week involves the Year 8 students creating a small business to sell goods during three lunchtimes. There was a huge variety of stalls and lots of fun out in the E-block quad.

This year, through the profits of all the stalls, the Year 8 students have managed to raise over $2000! Its an incredible amount. Thanks so much to the families and supporters of the students in Year 8, all the hard work has paid off.

With our profits, we are really pleased to be able to serve our Christchurch community as we are going to partner with Kairos Free store and put together Christmas gift boxes for people in need. We will be able to make over 70 boxes for our community.

It has been an awesome time of learning and serving, hand in hand.
