The Year 8 and Year 10 school leaders had the opportunity to spend an entire day at the Centre for Leadership and Development. The two groups spent the morning unpacking and exploring some key leadership principles. They then had workshops equipping them with skills around active listening, leading meetings and exploring what it meant to lead from a place of passion.
