Today we have an introduction to one of our student Mission and Service leaders...

Munashe Saruwaka is 17 years old and has been at Middleton for two years. When asked how he felt about being chosen as a leader for the Missions and Service he said the following:

To be chosen as the Missions and Service Leader was a great honour because it is something that I felt God called me into. To be recognized as a student who can serve and be a role model was good. For 2020 I would like to see my area of leadership thrive and excel and I would like to reach my full potential academically and within my leadership.

Munashe’s favourite scripture is Philippians 2.3. This is an apt scripture for a student who leads through serving others. Munashe’s heart is to find areas within the school where he and his team can serve and minister into in a tangible way. He is believing for great inspiration to lead him to God’s perfect will for this year.

I believe that Munashe will have an amazing impact on Middleton in 2020. We pray that he will continue to inspire, serve and love the children of Middleton. Munashe says that it has been the past leaders of Middleton who have inspired him the most at his time here at the school.
