Summer - warm breezes, sandy beaches, sun kissed noses and ice-cream sneezes!

Summer in New Zealand is when Kiwi's relax. We go for long walks, spend time with family and friends. It's when we go on holiday, on picnics, spend time at the beach and even just lie in the sand and read a book. When we try interesting and different foods, enjoy a Christmas feast and celebrate the arrival of a new year. It's the time when we fill up our energy tank ready to take on the challenges of the year ahead.

The summer of 2020 and 2021 will be different for many of us as we host our amazing students through a time when they would normally be back in their home countries. We want them to enjoy the summer just as we do. It's for this reason we have developed a holiday programme for students and for parents that are here in Christchurch. We are hoping that a little of our joys of summer will rub off on everyone staying over the summer.
