Last week...

...our year 6 tamariki went on their first school ‘Trek’. Throughout the year we go on four treks around Canterbury enjoying God’s creation, learning outdoor education skills and about the history of our great region. Godley Head was our first tramp where we were able to explore the old war ruins from WWII and walked approximately 9km. It was a very hot 30 degree day and the akōnga did extremely well. Here are a couple of photos from our first adventure.
