We started on Monday 25th February by pitching our tents with our classmates. We invited our parents to come and have lunch with us in our tents on Tuesday and Wednesday. Each afternoon we went to a different classroom, to learn about a new aspect of camping. On Tuesday morning a famous tramper, Mrs Smith, came to visit us and taught us all about the important tramping gear we need to be safe. Wednesday came around fast and Mrs Down bought in her caravan, we got the opportunity to go in and explore. Outside the caravan, we roasted marshmallows to make some delicious s’mores. It was a fantastic camping week and on Friday, like all good camping adventures, it had to come to an end. We took our tents down, dried them out and packed them up.
