The Year 8 Food and Technology students have been very busy lately making shaped biscuits for Pathway Trust prison ministry, fondant sea creatures for cupcakes, citrus slice for Pathways Psych Halfway Home patients and boxed cupcakes for Grace Soup Kitchen Latimer Square, they have been also been busy creating all sorts of fondant animals. The have also also finished their fondant design component of their trimester with festive cupcakes. Which is your favorite? Everyone had so much fun creating their own designs to share with family and friends. It was challenging to get the right colours and all the small details for our pieces.
