The annual House Lip Sync Competition was held last Friday in The Grange and as usual, the students worked hard to produce a stunning seven minute compilation of songs based on the theme ‘Childhood Classics’. Despite being incredibly busy with their own studies and Easter Camp the weekend before, the House Leaders managed to round up an impressive bunch of students who were willing and able to choreograph stunning dance sequences, organise the music, gather costumes including plenty of hilarious wigs and paint up thematically connected props. Both the performers and the audience members thoroughly enjoyed themselves and all four houses were standouts in their own way with Wilson taking top honours on the day. Thanks to the House Leaders for their time, energy and passion: Alexandra, Dominique, Isaac, Joseph, Mark, Monty, Polly and Sarah-Kate. Special thanks also to the Technical Team who were setting up lighting at 7.30am that morning and who produced the outstanding effects captured in the photographs. It is always such a joy to see young people displaying their creativity and giftings that God has given them.
