In the Term 2 holidays...

...Annabel Addison, in Year 6, travelled with 13 other dancers from Canterbury Ballet to compete in the Prague International Dance Competition in the Czech Republic. The girls competed against dancers from many different countries around the world. Canterbury Ballet was the only dance school entered from New Zealand and the team which travelled the greatest distance to compete, closely followed by four Australian teams. The team were placed 2nd overall in this international competition and awarded two prizes the Grishko International Outstanding Team award and the Bidfood Sponsors Choice of Best Team.
