The Kapahaka group perfomed at the funeral ceremony of respected member, Emily White, and at the Tūhono Christian kapahaka festival in September, in Emily’s honour. 

The senior group Yr7-13), won best waiata tira (group song), waiata a ringa (action song) and overall group under tutor Matua Steve.
