...students have been busy this trimester honing their cookie development skills, producing a range of sweet delights to be gifted in assorted packaging to charities, teachers, friends, families and neighbours. Items include shortbread, yoyos, chocolate almond and double chocolate/cranberry biscuits, and even delicious spiced roasted nuts and cheese straws.

Charities have included; City Mission Drug Arm & Good Bank, Aviva Refuge, PathWay Prison Trust and PathWays Trust for Hillmorton Rehab patients.

Students have been very generous with their baking gifts, the time taken outside class to create stunning cards with thoughtful messages of encouragement and the time to create different types of boxed packaging. You may be in for a treat this Christmas too.
