On Wednesday the 1st of May Alina, Ruth, Gabriel, Jeremy, Hudson and Mrs Thompson attended the World Vision Leadership Day. Here are some things we learnt:

Alina- The world is an unfair place. Therefore, I will try and help the children of South Sudan and makes their lives better.

Hudson- We complain quite a lot of the time. Children from South Sudan are much poorer than us and they complain less. Therefore, I will try and raise as much money as I can for the children of South Sudan.

Ruth- Be grateful for what you have because the children of South Sudan don’t have much. They don’t complain about it, so don’t waste what you have. Therefore, I will try and raise money to help the children of South Sudan.

Jeremy- Every dollar you help to raise for the South Sudanese children makes a difference. Each $1 becomes $10 because World Vision can apply for grants. Therefore, I will try and raise as much money as I can.

Gabriel- 300, 000 people have died in the South Sudan war and many children have been separated from their parents. Therefore, I will help the Primary School raise money for the South Sudanese children.
