Three pupils from Middleton Grange School...

...met with many other schools in Christchurch at the University of Canterbury to run a mock European Union assembly. Each pupil was given a particular country to research before the event in order to represent them on the day. The question they were debating was should the European Union have an army? It was concluded by this next generation EU that they should not have an army! A great day of debating, listening to others views, learning about other nations and world politics.
