On September 21st...

...the students from the Learning Centre attended the Special Olympics basketball Certificate Day.  Every Tuesday the team practices with Special Olympics Co Ordinator Paula and they have learnt so much about each sport that they play.  We won our division and everyone in the team was very proud of their efforts.  Each member of the team scored at least one basket.  They had so much fun joining in with other students from different schools. They played well as a team and learnt to show good sportsmanship towards other teams.   Our player of the day was Ruby Major.
