The Kahika Centre...

...ran Middleton’s very first Women in Leadership Lab on Wednesday the 10th August. With the theme “Stand Strong”, 25 year 12 and 13 girls leaned into some leadership gold from a variety of female leaders from our city. The very witty and no holds barred, Jo Morrow, was the keynote speaker. She is the current Head of Rochester and Rutherford Hall of Residence at Canterbury University. The feedback from the girls was fantastic with calls for more of these days for them to develop more skills and enlarge their thinking space around leadership.

What was a highlight for you?
