Year 7/8 Water Polo Team

...who finished second place last night in the ‘B’ grade at QE2. There was a draw at full time, so extra time was played where they ended up coming second to West Melton Gold. This team have gone from the ‘D’ grade in Term 1, to winning the ‘C’ grade in Term 2 and now finishing second in the ‘B’ grade. They will be competing at the South Islands in Dunedin in November – the first time we have had a Year 7/8 Water Polo team at this competition. A huge thank you to our amazing coach, ‘Bailey Hood’ and to Emma Gee, parent extraordinaire who has managed this team on a Monday night.
