Vision Dance Co.

On Wednesday 13th September, Vision Dance Co. gave us a great night, full of celebration and oozing with God's goodness. Our first show in the last 10 + years. It was the vision of Laura Palmer (Dance prefect).

We had 50-60 students some who had never performed or never been involved in a dance team. We had seven MGS teams performing from Year 7-13 in musical theatre, lyrical and hip hop. Everything was student lead and choreographed by students (past and present).

Feedback from parents was they have never seen their child enjoy dance so much and they felt the night was very special in terms of how the teams were connecting with the audience.

Leaders to be praised were Millie Collier, Lucy Mullen, Laura Palmer, Afrema Varghese, Shanna Moe, Jess Holliday, Ella Caldwell, Anna Morgenstern and Lucas Bennetts performed a solo Tap piece (which was all class).

My thanks to Joel Tempero and his team and Rhian Horn for running back stage and getting teams on (which was a feat considering some of the girls forgot costume changes just before going on stage - oh dear!)
