Room 13 - Elections 2023

...to our Elections 2023 topic, Room 13 worked in groups of five to try and create a new game. We were only allowed to use a ball, two hula hoops and a skipping rope. We found it quite difficult, most people had their own ideas that they wanted used, and no one knew how to decide which idea to choose. Everyone talked at once, and lots of people wanted to be the ones writing. Some people didn't want to help, and after quite a while no one had got very far at all. But what did this have to do with Elections? It made us think about who makes our decisions, whether decision making is easy or hard, and how we can best come to an agreement about a course of action.
