Our first week back to Garden To Table after the school holidays has been a huge success!! The garden is flourishing and we have been able to harvest huge quantities of vegetables to use in the kitchen. See the pictures below to see for yourself.

On Wednesday we used delicious lettuce and spinach leaves for our falafel wraps which were accompanied by a beetroot and yoghurt dip using our own beetroot! We also made broccoli flatbread too!

Thursday was a cold day so luckily we made soup and warm bread rolls. The soup had two types of lentils and was filled with fresh herbs and spinach just like the bread rolls.

Finally we got to pull up our first potato plant. We enjoyed very yummy baby potatoes which we covered with rosemary butter.
