On Tuesday 2nd May 30 students attended the North Shore Primary Schools Swimming Competition at AUT's Owen Glenn Pool. 24 schools were competing in over 30 events ranging from 25m to 100m in length and covering all 4 strokes. Our children were in great form as they battled it out in individual and relay events, pushing themselves to success. We measured up well against the other schools and came away as the 6th placed school, so we are proud of our efforts. All children will receive a participation ribbon, and a few of our competitors will receive a medal for top 3 placings. I would like to say Thank You to our parent helpers on the day who worked as timers and marshalls as well as shuttling the children to and from the event.
