We are pleased to be able to report that we, as a school, raised $578.20 through our recent mufti day. These funds have been donated to Kidsline, a wonderful organisation that aims to help, support and empower the children of New Zealand.

Kidsline – Information

Kidsline is a 24/7 service, and between 4-9pm weekdays, calls are answered by Kidsline Buddies - young people who want to make a difference and volunteer their time to be there for other young people.
Buddies are provided with mentoring and training and Kidsline is part of Lifeline Aotearoa.
Kidsline is 100% funded by donations and sponsorship - each call costs approximately $44 to answer and it costs $400 to train each buddy

It Helps to Talk – we want to encourage kids to build help-seeking into their lives.

0800 KIDSLINE (0800 54 37 54) is a dedicated national helpline for children & young people aged 18 and under – with a focus on 8 – 15 yrs.
