Uniform Expectations
Milford School requires our students to wear a school uniform. As we begin the school year, we want to remind you about our uniform policy.
This week, staff have been reminding students about the uniform requirements, and throughout the year, we will follow school processes for managing breaches of uniform rules, which may include contacting parents/caregivers and involving senior staff.
Uniform Check
We ask that you support your child by checking their uniform is correct, this means;
Navy blue, plain bucket-style hats are compulsory for Terms 1 and 4.
Jewellery should not be worn. For those with pierced ears, studs are the only acceptable.
Socks /tights must be plain black or navy blue
Shoes must be plain black or plain navy with NO coloured parts to the shoe.
Boots, jandals, crocs or high-heeled footwear is not permitted
No colourful hair accessories and we request that long hair be tied up
All footwear and items of clothing should be clearly named. During swimming season this includes swimwear, towels and underclothing.
