It was wonderful hearing about the children's holidays and all the activities children were able to do, from reading quietly at home, or having play dates with friends, to day trips or holidays to exciting places. One of our class members, Marco, has moved to Greece for the next few months, so it was exciting receiving an email from him with photos of him and his family's time in Greece.

Room 19 children responded to Marco's email, telling him about their own holidays. Their responses will be collated and sent to Marco later today. Other children wrote their postcards to friends or members of their families. You can read a few examples of their writing below.
