On Wednesday night, Takapuna AFC held their Grades 9-17 Junior/Youth Football Prize giving in the club rooms at Taharoto Park. Milford School was well represented by some fantastic football stars!

Each team is given 3 awards: Player of the Year, Most Improved Player (both Coaches vote) and Players' Player of the Year (voted by team mates)  Seven Milford pupils took home awards: 

Sam Reid - Player of the Year ( Grade 9 - Liverpool Team)   
Joe Roberts - Player of the Year (Grade 10 - Toffees Team)
Joseph Hemphill - Player of the Year (Grade 10 - Spurs Team)
Luka Fossi - Most Improved Player (Grade 10 - Spurs Team)
William Henshall - Player of the Year (Grade 9 - Man U Team)
Buster Waters - Most Improved Player (Grade 9 - Man City Team)
Jonathan Kwon - Players' Player of the Year (Grade 9 - Man U Team)

The coaches all said you showed fantastic skills, sportsmanship, commitment and manners throughout the season. Great achievement. Well done boys!
