Our school fair is fast approaching and we hope you have Saturday 14th March in your diary and are spreading the word to your family and friends! We will need your help to make it a great day for everyone and will be asking for donations from each family which will include:

· One cake/slice per family
· One bottle of anything for the bottle tombola such as wine, shampoo, olive oil
· One jar filled with non-edible items such as hair ties, Lego, pencils
· Chocolate bar for the chocolate game
· Plants and potting mix

We also need a number of gazebos for various stalls and activities - do you have one you could lend us?

There will be a raffle on the day and we hope to be able to offer fantastic prizes. Could you donate a prize? This could be an experience, use of a Bach, cafe vouchers anything you can think of. Also small items that could be given as prizes for the games would be greatly appreciated.

We have a number of fun activities planned we'd love to be able to offer for free on the day. Do you have an employer who would support our fair or do you yourself own a business that could support us in some way? We can offer you great publicity in return.

Last but certainly not least, we are looking for an MC to help bring the day to life. Do you or somebody you know have the right personality to help make it a day to remember?
